Seeing the weather all week has been rain so far, and we're talking about London, I would say so.
The forecasts look good for the week-end, but bearing in mind that it's a bank holiday week-end here this week-end, Tuesdays' most likely to be a rainy day, sorry to say.

I think it will be overcast. If it does rain, I don't think it will be of much significance though. Just drizzly and miserable.
