Rowan seems nice very unique and not often used.so chances are when your kid goes to school they wont be one of five kids with the same name. But ultimately it's your decision. Goodluck

The girl's names sound too much like candida, otherwise known as the fungal infection thrush.
Go for Rowan, it's actually a unisex name so it'll work whatever you have.
Rowan is a Gaelic girl's name meaning red-haired.
But it is also a traditional boy's name (ever heard of Rowan Atkinson?) after the rowan tree, also known as the mountain ash.
The rowan is a sacred tree in Scottish lore and is associated with protection.
It's the best of the bunch.

Ok, except for Aceson (can't figure out how to pronounce this) In addition, consider the way that the entire name flows. A name which ends in N would be bad for someone whose last name begins with N. The N is lost.
Candalyn Nelson would sound rather perplexing.

Candalyn doesn't sound like a real name; it sounds like a food brand or a place. Rowan is good. Braden is good. How would you pronounce Aceson? Like Jason? Or like Ache-son? Or Ak-i-son? I think that a name should be easily readable and recognizable, otherwise it's tough on a child in school, and can be a disqualifier in certain professions when he or she grows up.

I haven't heard of a girl named any of those names for a boy or girl. They are unique. I have heard of Brooke for a boy or girl and actually like the name better for a boy. Candalyn is different. Do you mind if she is called Candi because she more than likely will be.

I like Candaly with all spelling variands, though it's quite specific and your child could curse you for it:)
As for boys... I like Rowan and Braden but hate Aceson. What a name is it?!

Oh no not again with the thought up names..... Think about it... when the child is an adult they have to live with a name that was made for a child......... Braden is the only fairly decent name but not for a girl........... Please give them a name they dont have to spell each time someone asks........ give them a name that you and they can be proud of........ who wants to be called ACE????? or Row??? geez get real here

Candalyn sounds made up, which it is
Rowan is ok for a boy, not a girl
Braden is ok for a boy, but way over used
Aceson just sounds ridiculous

I'm not quite feeling the girl name that much.
I like Rowan and Braden but I would spell it Brayden.

I like Candilyn, but since it's not very common, your kid might hate you for naming them that. As for a boy, Rowan and Braden's pretty nice, but what the hell is Aceson??
