I go ahead and squeeze them. I read that you're not supposed to do that because it causes scarring so I decided with the last one to just let it heal on its own. It ended up draining itself when the skin became really thin and it still left a scar so might as well pop them and get it over with.

don't ever squeeze your spots.Squeezing tem causes bruising in the area and an open spot is more susceptible to infection and can lead to scarring.Leave your spots alone.Just keep the areas of spotting perfectly clean and germ free

if there white you cant leave them like that its disgusting..
better red then white..but when u pop it wash it rite after so it doesnt have time to infect the rest of ur skin
