It is a Dell Inspiron and one of my keys popped off from the keyboard. I have tried at length to maneuver it back on myself, but I can't. Where can I take it where someone can fix this professionally?

If the key does not go on easily, it may have broken one of the little arms which hold it to the keyboard. You may need a new keyboard.
Best to have a tech look at this.

Those freakin things are a pain when they come off. If you have been messing with it for some time with no luck. Drop it off at your local notebook shop....
