Of course ! Even if every inhabitant of the colonies is a PhD or a whiz in some field of Science they will still appreciate art. Some of the greatest scientists were great lovers of art and musicians themselves.

Of course. There are many scientists with artistic abilities, one chemist I knew wrote plays, a physicist writes classical music and also plays blues, another chemist researches shipping history. All three have had their works published or performed. All this will continue in space or other planet based colonies.
Some things though will be irrelevant. Some things like Native American dances might be relevant to North America but they are of no significance in Australia or Africa let alone Mars or further out.

There's the possibility that these planets may sprout their own cultures. However, given Mars/Venus/Europa colonies close proximity to "home" I see their being a lot of common ground in culture. The only problem may be a growing resentment in Earth interference in colonial affairs (similar to America in the 18th century). But for pan system colonies culture may begin to diverge from earths, for example an annual celebration of the first landing may become commonplace. Maybe, some kind of ancestor worship too.
The arts would follow a divergent course too, idiosyncracies in techniques would mean that various distinct colonial "schools" of art may flourish.

I think the colonies will be built in space, rather than on planets, but yes.
Most people who discuss this type of stuff seem to think that the first colonies will grow out of utilitarian habitats, the equivalent of mining camps. I think the initial mining and manufacturing will be done with robots controlled from the ground, by bringing some small asteroids to near-earth space (probably one of the Lagrange points of the moon). The first people to live off-planet permanently will be some sort of group that wants to a place of their own for ideological or religious reasons, basically a cult commune in space. Groups wanting to maintain their separate culture will mostly want to have lots of culture-makers.

Hi,
To be honest, If man was to land on another world out there. What would man do.
1. Check out if there are any alien species live there.
2. If not, then they will try to conform it into another Earth.
2.2. If yes., man will enslave the species or try to Destroy their civilization off.
The human race is the most destructive species that we know at the moment. So art and culture wouldn't be part of mans plans till it was to late.

Absolutely. Everyone that goes there will probably bring the hobbies with them and that will be the start of it.
In a book I am working on I plan to have one of the people actually start Televison production on Mars. Producing shows that get exported to Earth and make the first PROFITS.

Yes, I do. From the beginning of time, mankind has incorporated each of those items you named into our history and would do so in a new world.
