Many will say A) 24 isn't, but in algebra
we call it a constant polynomial and say it is of degree 0.
That is because we want the polynomials with
rational coefficients to be closed under addition.
For example, let's compute x²+x+27 + (-x²-x-3).
That equals 24 and if 24 wasn't a polynomial,
the sum of these 2 polynomials wouldn't be
one either.
Also, 24 = 24x^0, which fits the definition
