Absolutely.
Two weeks ago while on Vacation in Play Del Carmen I got so hammered at Senor frogs. I finally agreed to go back to the hotel with our friends. Then YMCA came on. As I busted my butt a few times on the beach I was still moving my arms into those famous letters.
Rather than snow angels. I did sand YMCA.

Hell, I do the hand movements even when there's no music in the room!
My friends and I like to bust out in song sometimes. Moronic considering we're all in our late 20's and early 30's, but you gotta have fun, right?
