Something happened to me today too. I was walking to work and I bumped into an old colleague. She looked good, and I was asking her how she was doing (she quite her career to be an at home mom, her husband makes good money). Anyway she was like I am doing soo good, my babies are beautiful, I am so blessed. My husband's career is doing really good he just got a promotion. Then came the invitation to her house, with no actual date. What was that all about?
Anyway she is a mega bragger. As I walked away I kinda felt like a loser....ju know. thanks for letting me vent.

She is insecure about her live and want to brag about the happenings so they will seem better or interesting to other people. Everyone knows how and who she is, really... She will most likely never stop bragging..

You know what? I have a friend like that. She brags ALL THE TIME. And i really hate her when she does that. But my friend told me that, people like that are actually insecure about something in their lives and that they are actually jealous of what YOU have.. So, just avoid her to avoid any fights.. Hihi.. And just be patient. She will learn in time that she's not all that g0od..
All the best~~!

ok i had a ''friend'' just like that i know exactly how u feel... all she does is brag nothing else
ending the friendship and having no contact with her is the best solution

i had a friend that was exactly like that.
i stopped being around her because i just couldn't handle it anymore.
i just ignored the phone calls until she finally stopped.
i don't know if this will work in your situation,
but it worked out for mine.
hope this helped : )

because she has low-self esteem, is needy and probably feels bragging is the only way to get noticed.
i had a boyfriend like this and i dumped him.... he felt as if he had to "puff himself UP" to be accepted. it was hard to take.. ugh

Because shes probably insecure about something else. You're probably trying to just be nice and not tell her to f*ck off. Well, sometimes enough is enough. ;)
