Yeah, those people who answered before me are such funny people saying that they are the ones who are smart. I mean how can they be so smart? Such silly girls! Don't they know that I AM the smartest girl in the world?!!! ;-)

Well, Georgia Brown, a three-year-old from the UK, is currently the youngest member of mensa. She'd definitely be on the short list for consideration.
Other than that, I vote for my dog. I find myself saying "Who's a smart girl? Who's a smart girl? You are, you are" more than I should and I'm a pretty reliable source.

If you want the name of an individual, and she's not a girl any more, Marilyn Vos Savant is the smartest woman (maybe smartest person) that we know of.

well i dont know any induvidual. but im here to say that many girls dont get the education, and they might well be smarter than a spoilt nerd who did college at age 5.
so really. its a short list of smart girls only because its a short list of educated girls.
