what do you mean by safe? Sounds like your concern is for birth control. withdrawal as a means of birth control is only appropriate if the man is very experienced, no problems with premature ejaculation, only one sex partner, and if it would not be completely unacceptable for there to be a pregnancy. It is not appopriate for teens. and of course gives you no protection from stds. 27% will become pregnant. Withdrawal alone is not very effective. It would be best for you and your partner to research other methods and decide on something more effective, or a combination of methods that would be right for the two of you. As a woman, withdrawal can be a stressful means of birthcontrol emotionally, it requires a huge amount of trust in your partner, and also is stressful because it is not very effective. preejaculate contains enough sperm to cause pregnancy. and masturbation beforehand is not relevant. Is your concern regarding this particular incident you are worried about, or are you considering for future use? there is emergency contraception for after the fact, if it is regarding this one time, if you are considering it for future use please research your options.

your method of contraception is very dangerous. some men ejaculate before climax and others after so he may be withdrawing after having ejaculated.
masturbating twice before the actual intercourse is dangerous as well because once he is excited there are 80% chances that he ejaculates and it can be very strainous for a man to have very long erections. it sometimes results in pains in the testicles.
check out for the pill or the condom

Orgasm isn't the only time semen (and therefore sperm) comes out. It can leak out at any time during intercourse, which is why the withdrawl method is the best method to use only if you want a large family.
Masturbation before sex will affect the number of sperm in the semen, but it only takes one!

Your playing Russian Rulet! your sperm is still seaping from your penis even though you have not ejaculated yet. My 15 yr old neighbor got pregnant because her boyfriend so call withdrew. If you don't want an unwanted pregnancy quit playing. Wrap it up or have her take birth control your neighborhood clinic gives away free condoms. Be responsible do the right thing!!!

The woman has a 100% chance of getting pregnant using withdrawal.
I know many women who have kids as a result of this. Use something more reliable.

the withdrawl method does not prevent pregnancy. before you ejaculate you still release semen into the vagina. i don't know the percentages but i am pretty sure it is close to no birth control at all. all it takes is one little swimmer to make it to her egg. in the future i would pick a better method of birth control.
