It depends. Light skin complexions and lighter colored hair go together better. I see alot of Japanese chicks looking like Paris and Nicole wannabees and it is hysterical. Also, seen some African Americans with really dark skin and blond hair and unfortunately, they look like their going to a costume party. Kinda like the naturally blond haired chicks dying their hair jet black (Bluish) or fluorescent colors.

Does not look good on asians that's for sure. At least in my opinion. I've seen some yellow bone girls here in my town with the color blonde...and the mixed texture of white girl hair and black hair...and sometimes when the combination is just right. The hair looks beautiful. It doesn't go with all girls though.

I would say Africans. Tyra Banks and Beyonce rock out with a sandy blond. Asians naturally have more of a yellowish color to their skin, so I think blond might be too much--it all depends on the person though. If it's done with the right shade, anyone would look good.

Africans look better with them. Beyonce and Eve both had blonde hair and they look gorgeous with them.
As for asians, very few of them can pull it off, like Tila Tequila, Coco Lee, or that girl from the band Aural Vampire.

Asians by large. But it still depends
upon the complexion of the skin.
The shape of the face. And the style as to which the hair is to be
cut/worn.

it looks horrible :) seriously.. i saw few africans and asians in it..and they look just horrible..
IN my opinion, red or brunette is gud for asian
while.. for africans.. I like their black hair.. u notice how shiny african woman hair? Im jealous :) LOL

Honestly speaking, it doesn't really look good on either, although some Asians can be an exception. Their natural hair already looks good on them.
