Farting is a normal bodily function, most woman act like they never do it which is kind of rediculous if you ask me. I would have to say yes, your still a lady. Now if you were to just blow a big loud stinky one? That would be kind of gross but it would also be very funny, though i don't think i would see you as a lady lol.
Anyways what i'm trying to say is if you gotta fart then go for it, it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks of you, and it surely shouldn't matter whether people think your a lady or not. It's what you think that matters.
