Put it in a large cup. Add about a quarter of the cup...skim milk and microwave it until it boils. Then put the coffee on top of that.
It is a method to keep down the calories/fat and it manages to sweeten the milk. It tastes like cream.....Nice little trick courtesy of my lovely husband that brings it to me every morning in bed.
