Does it have a real meaning, like pwn or lol. Or is it just that people think that it is cool to mispell the, because it really is stupid and annoying if thats the case.

It doesn't actually have a meaning- it's for fun. People on the internet usually type carelessly and teh for "the" is one of the most common mistakes. It's been used on purpose as a joke- like showing a picture of a ridiculous person and putting the words "im from teh internet" to it.

teh, teh, teh means "I'm laughing". Usually sometimes it's a typo or a dimwit trying to be cool.

I always thought is was a mistake and people typed "the" too fast. I would hope it's not an "on purpose" mistake....
