Why is it his job to wash your truck? Is it your job to wash his vehicle? If not why is he responsible for yours? Just because he is new? that does not make sense.

yes. i do and hell i would take it step further and tell him its his responibility till someone else is hired to not only wash and wax your truck but 99.9% of all your bills..

Of course. And he has to buy lunch three days a week. At least until another new guy is hired. hey, we ALL had to do it. He doesn't want to be the one to break tradition.
