the situation was I accidentally kicked someone's bottle of water.. and she said" it's my break" anyone who knows?

Sounds like she said it sarcastically. As in "it's my luck you broke my bottle."

It is her bottle, she means that she drinks it as a break. For example some people call shoes as "KICKS".

It either means there's one less bird in the henhouse or I gotta stop and eat a can of fruit. . .depending on how many 'it's my break' s there are
