I am mail and am gating fater, I don't want that, what should I do

1. Stop watching television. There are so many TV food commercials out there, and studies have shown that people who watch TV are more prone to obesity.

2. Stop drinking sodas. The corn syrup in them is the leading contributor to obesity in America.

3. Start exercising. Do something that makes you sweat for at least 45 minutes each day.

4. Cut back on your carbs. Increase you water and vegetable intake.

Id get off my bum and start doing things that interest me like i go play hockey with the guys umm jogg around your block. eat heathy. .. reach your goal set a goal. like if u like doughnuts set a goal like i do this so much and this so much and i can walk to starbucks or Tim Hortains back and forth i can get my doughnut... id do it
