I can't believe that no one can give me a city title i'm nearing the end of the game and deposited money and now have no clue where!!!

Just from memory, I know Baccarat and Tryan Gully have banks. I'm sure there are more towns with them, but these are the only two I can remember. In Baccarat, the bank is where the inn is, at the window before you get to the desk to check in the inn. In Tryan Gully, the bank is right before you walk in the inn and shops (just after where you talk to the bartender). And you can withdraw your money from any bank, not just the one where you deposited the money.
EDIT: I just remembered, there is also one in Princess Minnie's Castle.

It's a long time since I played this game. I think you have to have the ship and have travelled to the large Continent in the west before you find banks.
Then again, this early in the game, you should be spending your money on better armour and weapons and also levelling up like crazy. The journey to find the ship is hazardous enough, but unless your characters are tough, putting to sea in your own ship with weak characters will be pointless. You'll have lost most of your money from keep dying trying to sail to the western continent. With each new area of land, the game monsters become increasingly tough. Explore every scrap of land you're allowed to travel to so far and get tough enough to kill most creatures with a single attack. Then you can go looking for the ship and the western continent - and the banks.

all over the place a couple are hidden tho use all the stair cases i not going to spoil it for u
