If the line that became closed is a public highway the officers can end you in a church parking zone or the different inner maximum belongings to value ticket you. Even in Utah the assumption of sanctuary from the regulation does does exist. If the line is inner maximum and not close down by using authority then the police would choose permission from the line proprietor to value ticket.

The legality of them sitting in someone else's driveway has no bearing on the validity of your ticket. The property owner may have something to complain about, but you don't.

They can be there as long as the property owner does not ask them to move, but they must leave the property if asked by the owner and they are not there on official business having to do with the property or its owner.

So, are they still "Pigs" when someone has broken into your house, stolen your gear and maybe killed your wife and kids? Get over yourself dumbass. The first fifteen feet off the road is considered to be public access. Put up a sign on that access and you are subject to a fine unless you've paid the appropriate tax and filed the paperwork to do so.
So, you got caught speeding. Own up to your stupidity, slow down and pay the fine or, being that driving is a "Privilege" and not a right, forfeit that right and get the heck off my road! Any way you cut it, stop with the childish whining.

So what? Who cares? You got a ticket for speeding. A lot less legal to speed by a cop, and a lot dumber. Pay your fine, and stop being a crybaby about it.!

How do you know it wasn't his driveway? Cops happen to own houses too, or do you think they all live at the police station?
And personally, if there's a problem with speeders zipping down my street I wouldn't mind having a cop borrow my driveway, just as long as the P.D. asks first.

They must have permission to use private property. If the person who owns the drive way does not object, you're screwed.
