That depends on what kind of odds you're willing to accept before you call an event a certainty, and what are the consequences of that event happening. There is a small but definite possibility that the sun will not come up tomorrow morning. I'd bet that it would, though. On the other end, your dryer WILL eat a sock before the end of the week. One event will affect your life pretty dramatically. The other will maybe send you to work with a mis-matched pair of socks.

That is life on lifes terms , somethings you know for sure , if you played a game of poker for 1 dollar stakes so what , but if it was for your life then im sure you would take the game very seriously and play all out to the best of your ability , do this in your life , play all out to the best of your ability at all challenges,
Heres something you might enjoy.....
Everything happens for a reason, nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck. Injury, Illness, love lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, if they be events, illnesses or relationships, life would be a smoothly paved path to nowhere.
If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, foregive them. For they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to who you open your heart to.
If someone loves you, love them back uncondittionally, not only because they love you but because they are teaching you to love and opening your heart and eyes to things you never would have seen or felt without them.
Make everyday count. Apprichiate every moment and take from it everything you can, for you may never be able to expierience it again.
Talk to people you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Hold your head up high because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you dont believe in yourself no one else will believe you either.
You can make your life anything you wish. Create your own life and then go out and live it.

No I don't believe everything about life is a gamble. We make our own choices in a lot of things that determine a certain outcome. Sure things will happen that are out of our control but it ultimately comes down to the choices we make; and if you're a Christian, you would also believe that God is totally in control of our lives and allows things to happen to us for His reasons, which we don't always know. Life is not a total crapshoot in my opinion, at all.

Yes... One wrong move and you're a goner! So it's always best to make a right choice and considering every option available to live to the fullest. And when you have the opportunity, seize it. They come by once in a life time. And it's best to be prepared in the worst case scenario. Save up, invest in the stock market, have a positive outlook in life, build a family, buy lifelong assets like land and jewelry, etc. And make a lot of friends along the way. Cheers and God bless us :)

On the surface, yes. In reality, no. Reason life is corrupt. As the French existentialist philosophers would say "The game is rigged." So why take a chance if the winner has been determined before the dice is rolled.

yes, i agree...
life is all about choices... decisions... and risks...
there're pros and cons in every path u take, and every decisions u make... choosing one path will require u to sacrifice the cost / benefits of the others that are not taken... and by only choosing one path... there are risks as well... no one can be entirely sure what the future holds... hence, i conclude, is a Gamble of ur Life...

Yup. Living is not a privilege or a predicament. It is a choice. To every choice, there is a risk.

Yes, but you have to live so we live by faith. Faith that we can get where we hope to get.
The everyday fact that we live by faith and not by hard evidence.
