Your assumption that the maple tree is inflicting septic issues is maximum probable incorrect. The finger gadget of your septic is buried in approximately 2 ft or overwhelmed rock and below a point of earth a pair of foot deep. Even the maple doesnt root down that some distance. Pumping out a septic in lots of circumstances does no stable by any potential. The suitable working tank of micro organism desires a cleansing as quickly as in 5 to seven years. someway you're killing off the micro organism interior the septic tank and struggling with the "ingesting up " of waste. The wrongdoer very just about a hundred% of the time is laundry wash water from the bathing gadget. you're using micro organism killing detergents and Chlorine, the main effectual micro organism killers around for residing house utilization. in an attempt to end this in my gadget, I actual have a hollow dug interior the back backyard approximately 4 x 4 x 4deep and coated with soil and grass. To that rock crammed hollow I run my laundry water with the chlorine and detergent. My septic hasnt been pumped in 7 years and we've 6 totally grown human beings residing right here in this duplex. the value to try this is so low-priced while in comparison with the undesirable adventure of a non working tank. So get that hollow dug and crammed with rock and run the laundry water into it. Your septic tank could have truly some micro organism then to devour up the waste and you wont be killing it off with detergents and chlorine.

Hook up a chain to the stump and to a truck hitch and pull it out of the ground. This way the stump AND the roots will be gone. That is the experience that I have had the best luck with.

One more thing to consider - grow gourmet mushrooms. You inoculate the stump with spawn and harvest mushrooms for 3-4 years and all thats left is compost. Check out FungiPerfecti.com. RScott

Lowes; Home Depot; Wal Mart and hardware stores all carry some products that do just that; Go and tell them what you want; I think it is called Root Kill but not sure if that is the right name.

there is a product called Stump remover, you chop a small hole in the middle of the stump and pour it in,
also copper sulfate will kill them, or if your not in a hurry drive copper nails into it,
try a garden shop, nursery, or a good hardware store,

drill a bunch of holes in it and put some sugar and water in the holes.this will attract ants which will tunnel holes deeper and after a year or so fill the holes up with kerosene and light it and burn it out.you rally cannot drill too many holes.or just rent a stump grinder if you want instant gratification.
