Why do girls always have a better handwriting than boys??

Thats not always true, I have better handwriting than all my friends that are girls. Plus, I've been told my handwriting looks like a girls (I take it as a compliment).

My opinion is because girls take the time to write, whereas guys just write to get it over with, thus it is sloppy.

It's not a hundred percent thing. Just because girls use the swirly handwriting doesn't mean it looks better than a guys scribble.

Girls generally write better because they spend more time writing letters to each other, their boyfriends and so on.

On a new generation note I have notice the girls handwriting skills have deminished greatly with the use of computers and phone texting. People are actually writing less and therefore the skills for writing get worse.

I write much better than my wife, who writes like a pig. But I spent my youth in art classes and lots of time writing. She hates writing anything.

Girls are better at lots of things and a bigger pain about lots of things. LOL

My father has very nice handwriting, and my ex's father's handwriting looked as though a woman wrote it.

While I don't think you're trying to stereotype anyone, this really is just another stereotype.

My handwriting is usually really scribbly (yes I am female), but as long as I can read it, it's fine. I've seen lots of men with very neat, readable handwriting.

So, all in all...you're a bit wrong. :) No offense intended.

As a high school English teacher who reads many handwritten essays and short answer tests, I can assure you both boys and girls have both good and bad handwriting. Stereotypically, girls have that big, loopy, annoying writing and boys have "chicken scratch."

They are not learning how to write in the younger grades and it shows in the upper ones. But there are many kids of both genders who write beautifully.
