able to open it the day before...made some changes on pc due to a blogger.....can't remember what I did....

A very wild guess..
if it is just one particular website is not opening it may be caching/ temporary file problem..
If you are using Internet explorer 7:-
go to tools -> Internet option ->at the general tab,at the browsing history section press the "delete..." button.. -> press the "delete file..." button at the "Temporary Internet Files" section. -> "Do you want to delete all temporary Internet Explorer files" press the yes button to confirm.. This will clear the cache history...
Now try the website again and see does it work

Well you can't remember.. what you did ???.. even you forget to mention which OS/Browser you re using. it would be more eazy to answer U if more info is input here...
