The first one is Vampire girls that live in a cave on a beach.
The second is a Frankenstein movie where a girl gets ran over by horse and cart and her head gets cut off by the wheel. She then gets turned into a Frankenstein woman.
I know this may not be very helpfull. But if you think you may know i would be gratefull.

...you're guess is as good as mine, on the first film, but the second one is most memorable, and is one of my favorite interpretations of the Frankenstein story ever made; you're referring to the most excellent 1973 T.V. movie production of "Frankenstein: The True Story", starring Michael Sarrazin, James Mason, David McCallum and Jane Seymour.

...sounds a little 'iffy', but maybe it's what you're looking for!!!

The first movie sounds kinda like "The Lost Boys", which actually involves vampire BOYS that live in a cave on a beach.
