Are you talking TOTAL or 500 g out of each breast?

It may be a B or C cup.

I had 835L/1263R taken out and it brought me from a J cup to a full C cup.

I had this done Feb 2006 and it is totally worth it!

are you talking 500 grams total? like 250 from each? i cant tell you exactly what size you would be but maybe this will help you get a better idea. i just had the surgery 2 weeks ago and i was a 36E... they took 350 grams out of each of mine and now i am about a C/small D (i'm not 100% sure yet because it is still too soon to wear a regular bra) hope that helps, or gives you some what of a better idea!!

I had 500 grams taken out of each breast (400 gm of solid tissue and 100gm of fatty tissue) and it took me down about 3 full sizes or 5 half sizes depending on how you want to count it.

I went from a 34G to a 34DD.

I would have thought that you would be almost half your size if you are only a DD to begin with. So maybe a large B? I'm not sure but a Plastic Surgeon could probably help you out.

I also had the reduction and they took a pound & 1/2 out of each breast. I went from a 36DDD to a 36D. That was 2 years ago. However, I do wish that I had went down to a 36C. I was just scared at the thought of taking off too much. However, it was the best thing I ever did!!! I should have done it sooner!!

Are you talking on each side? That is approximately one pound. I had a reduction of about 500 grams on each side and I went from a DD to a C. If oyu are considering this surgery, I am more than happy to answer any questions oyu have. I am a huge fan of this procedure!!
