Which of these two satellite models is better?

Which one is of higher quality and standard:

Eurostar-2000+
and
HS-601HP

Hi. Eurostar is a launch vehicle, not a satellite. The other uses an ion thruster, so my vote would go with the HS-601HP http://www.sat-index.com/failures/xips.html
