I always go on pogo but it says you have to be older should i let her.

Pogo Minimum age is 13, but as long as you can be a responsible adult and watch what she does and use the features such as shutting off the chat room while she plays the games and provided she is able to understand not to get involved with strangers in conversation then she should be fine, you as her parent should be watching her while she is on line anyway so as long as you are there with her then there should not be a problem and as for the remark from Walking on Sunshine pogo is not an adult gaming site and you do not gamble there granted you can win a jackpot but that is like a one in a million shot but you are not gambling, pogo is setup so you can set many different options to make it safe for even kids, and if it was an adult gaming site the minimum age would not be 13, so as for the comment of charged with corrupting a minor in many states, maybe you should do a little more research on a game site, and facts are that yahoo games are not as much fun, don't have the quality as pogo does and is not nearly as safe or fun as pogo is, with that said as long as you can be a responsible parent and watch her then there should not be any problems with her playing on pogo

Pogo is an adult gaming site so you could be charged with corrupting a minor in many states if you do. Instead try Real Arcade or Yahoo games since they are only games and you don't gamble. Hope this helped!

depends about her mental age/maturity, i played on doom 1, C&C when i was five but i could handle it, doom 1 is a shooter and C&C is a strategy even if a game is say 12+ but you're 12 year old acts like a baby he/she may not be able to play it

yes my son is 7.5 and i let him go on. I have thoroughly checked the site and there is nothing rude or offensive.
