Whenever I watch a video from a particular website it buffers for a while and then when it plays it stops and starts every 3 seconds!!
There is no pause option on this website so I cant just pause and wait till the video is completely loaded. Can I change my buffer preferences to increase the amount of video loaded before playing?

There is no setting for determining how much a file is buffered before it plays. It has to buffer until it has enough file to be able to play it. If you were to reduce the buffering, you would just get shorter segments, 1 second instead of 3, before it paused again. The problem is not with your PC, but with the speed at which the website is sending you the file. Because the site is slow, your computer keeps getting ahead of the downloading, and having to stop and buffer. Complain to the web site...
