i eat about 1 bowl of rice at launch at 12:30 and dinner around 7 and i eat about half a bowl of rice and some like fish

Because you're not used to it. Start with drinking a glass of water: it will open your stomach. Then you could have a light breakfast with tea and a coulple of cookies. Your hunger will slowly but progressively increase.

I am never hungry when I first get up. But after an hour I try to eat something. I am diabetic so have not had anything since the night before. It is imperative that you break the fast to stay healthy. Train your body to want the food, even if it is toast or a bagel. Don't go without until lunch. That is too long and your body needs the fuel to run efficiently.

you just need to start training yourself to eat in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you have went many it out worse without food in your body needs food to fuel its energy.

Have a cup of tea and a yogurt in the morning. This will give you protein to keep your body operating at its best.
