you are right, i noticed that, too! it's kinda funny. they should also have a grammar check as well. once i put right when it was suppose to be write and i didn't proof read it so it came up like that in a question! :)

No, I don't use it. I have a different spellchecker that checks as I type. Unfortunately it's American and I'm in England so it picks on stuff that's right here but wrong there.
Odd - I'm being Americanized by technology.
BTW It just picked up on spellchecker but accepted everything else including BTW !

I don't know about anyone else, but mine only works half the time, the circle thingy just spins.. So I don't know the spelling I just use MS word.. But I can beleve that from Yahoo!

Yeah and when I type "the", most of the time spell check changes it to "th". weird!
I just hit spell check, and it did it again!

that's the internet. human beings use slang and mispell each and all of the time. they only make it much less puzzling to type. additionally human beings like me are very very quickly typers and make blunders devoid of ever noticing.
