Try downloading Nod32 antivirus. This is the best antivirus in my opinion.
http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php
You can also download an run Spybot Search and Destroy here:
http://www.download.com/3000-8022-10122137.html
If running both of these doesn't fix your problem, you can try booting your computer into Safemode, and the running the anti virus full system scan to remove the virus.

There is no relevance to the query "nhatquanglan" on the avg site.. So it cannot clean it.. for more details, go to the avg site : www.grisoft.com and check out. To clean it , you can either re-format ur hard disk or go to tools menu in your menu bar, click folder options and then select view and select "show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "hide protected operated system files ". Then check manually in your "program files" folder or "system32" folder and delete the file(s) you think is associated with the virus(advanced) or download any registry cleaners to remove it. NOTE : BE CAREFUL WHILE DELETING FILES. THEY MAY DAMAGE YOUR OS AND ALL INFO IN YOUR COMPUTER MAY GET DELETED.

Nhatquanglan is not considered a "virus" because it does not replicate itself, but a "malware" or "spyware" meaning has to be downloaded to infect you. So no virus detector will find it. Instead you need to run a "spyware" detector such as Skybot Seek&Destroy which you can get free at http://download.com
Unlike a virus scanner, which runs all the time in the background, spyware sacanners have to be run manually. Once installed, you will want to run the spyware scanner about once a week to be sure the PC is still clean.
