Elvis is an artist who was a reflection of the socio-economic color of his time though he had some novel ideas he was not a mover or shaker just an entertainer or an inspiration.

that's a weird debate. I'm not being rude, just commenting.

Hitler had incredible influence on the German people, my late mother-in-law visited her German friend just before the Second World War broke out. She went to a rally, and was standing 4 people away from him. She said he had an evil power which you could feel.

Then Germany lost the war, Hitler committed suicide, and that was the end of that. Thank God for all of us.

My vote goes to Elvis Presley. He had much more influence across the globe than Hitler did. And all he did was sing great songs.

No one is aware of precisely what occurred to Hitler after WWII, however a few suppose he commited suicide and a couple of of his infantrymen burned his frame so it might now not be hanged within the center of the avenue, stoned and spat on like Mussolini, his mistress, and a follower. Elvis isn't alive. Maybe his spirit is seeing that his track remains to be popluar in the end this time? But I tremendously doubt Hitler might be in Argentina. He does not rather need to be there... Honestly, I'd love to visit England or Ireland.... Maybe even Greece :D

Offhand I'd say that Elvis did but only marginally so. It would be rather difficult to trace all of the their influences back to them.

Also it may depend on the segment of culture that you're dealing with i.e. in Jewish culture, Hitler would have had a stronger negative influence. The amount of influence each had would also vary by geographic location as well.
