I don't know that any specific cities are, but quite a few countries in Europe are known for rain.
London isn't really known for it's rain, Britain is.
It's just that most people only know that one city in the whole of the UK...
London actually gets a lot better weather than most of the UK, it gets a lot worse the further north you go up and into Scotland.
I have heard Seattle, Chicago, Vancouver mentioned. Also somewhere in Scandinavia but i'm not sure where. Possibly Finland? Ireland and Germany are also known to be quite rainy but I don't really think there are specific rainy cities.
I suppose there are other places known for their rain, does being know for their lack of rain count? Or moonsoons?
