What time do you go to bed? You should try to get enough sleep that you don't feel worn out. 8 hours is recommended for a young person. My daughter gets up at 6 am during the week for school. She is 17. I insist she go to bed by 9:30 or 10 pm. On the weekends she sleeps in. She does well on the amount of sleep she gets.

Teenagers are suppose to sleep around 9 hours so that the body can rest and grow.
So if you are waking up at 6am I suggest you go to bed at 9pm otherwise you will just feel tired throughout the day.
Feel refreshed, it puts you in such an amazing state of mind.
xx

About 9 pm. People your age need about 9 hours of sleep per night for optimum physical and mental health, and for proper growth (we grow only in our sleep). Technically, all people between 12-20 should get about 9 hrs, 15 min of sleep per night.

9p your still growing and you need at least 8-10 of sleep for proper rest and good brain function. You'll find more energy doing the day.
