The worst thought that will plague me until the day I die is whether I made a mistake giving my son up for adoption. August 21 is always the worst day for those thoughts as it's his birthday. He's 12 this year...

Yes, every time I hear a train I kinda wish I was standing in front of it. I'm bipolar and about 15 pills away from another episode, so even happy and stable I'm not real keen on a prolonged life.

No, not at all. If you yourself do, then maybe you should talk to someone about it. There's always a reason why we think the things we do, and if you are having "bad" thoughts, then you may want to find out where they came from and how to get rid of them. Don't let something like that steal your joy.

.Yes there are . While I don't "live" in the past, I dwell on the what ifs and should haves, mostly regarding beloved pets that have passed away. Also my horrible habit of procrastination bothers me. sometimes I'm in complete control and don't succumb to it but usually it takes over. I hate that

its a choice-we cant stop a bird from flying over our head but we can keep it from making a nest in our hair.

I found the key and first its in salvation to good thoughts

then when a bad thought comes as the bible says i cast it away -all things that exault themselves against God, and put in a good thought-whatever is good honest pure, think on these things Philippians 4:8
I simply pray "The blood of Jesus take that thought away."

in Jesus amazing grace John 3 asked forgiveness for my sins, even one lie and asked Jesus in to my heart to be my friend, amen Revelation 3:19&20

good thinking to you too my friend

Yes, many. The biggest one is I worry that I'm not "a good person." That covers a lot.

Hope you aren't plagued as well. Peace and love.
