i have got a Mp3 cd from a friend in which the songs are compressed. I have loaded the songs in my computer but the song quality is not good due to compression. How do i decompress the songs and also give me the site from where i can download a converter

Decompressing them is not going to help you. The information is already lost and is not comming back!! So, no matter what you do, the quality is not going to improve.

Both iTunes and WMP11 allow you to burn CDs from MP3s. In effect, they decompress the files and convert them in to Linear PCM so they can be played by a CD player.
