I responded to a question from a BNP supporter and half an hour later I received a nasty bitter racist reply, slandering not only me but my family. The user then disabled their e-mail so I had no right of reply.
I have no proof but I have seen how things are done on here, so I think it was Dolly K personally. I can't support my theory, I have no idea why I think it was her, but I don't like some of her posts so I feel justified in telling you all it was her. My friends will come on and support my findings of course and then there will follow a nasty hate campaign and accusations of multiple ID's and clones.
I've been here three weeks, and that's what I've learned on here. No proof required, just a nasty bunch who select a member to batter, nothing to substantiate their claims, no proof, no links, nothing.. Mob mentality follows as they shroek with laughter at their handowork
I did receive a racist e-mail, it's anyone's guess who sent it, but that's what i think

Why do you and others allow e-mails? I'm not being rude or anything but I know of other issues that have been going on (and the person you mention was also mentioned here as well) and all the grief was due to e-mails being sent.
As this is an anonymous site surely it would be better not to give out personal e-mail addresses to protect yourself from the trolls (see, I'm finally learning the lingo!)

Suffice it to say, that most readers who are not from the UK, have no idea what the BNP is or does. This forum is open to people with a wide variety of belief sets. As you did not share the content of the mail in question, it is difficult at best for readers to form any intelligent opinion about this matter. You also never indicated HOW you responded to the BNP supporter. Was her response perhaps warrented? Upon careful research, I can understand why some might want to support the BNP. They must however be true to their political purpose and avoid hate rhetoric.

Don't think it would be Dolly, she's got a major problem with Eden, but she seems ok with everyone else, from what I've seen.
Unfortunately, racism is still a big problem today, and here is no exception. If you go into my profile, you'll see a question I asked about Yahoo stopping racism there, just check out some of those replies, and they were only a few.
Just keep your integrity, answer what you like and quote this storyline in any nasty posts in the future;
"Who's that clip-clopping over my bridge"!!!

I feel your pain - I don't allow email and never have cos I thought that would just be crazy.
I couldn't help but laugh at your post - not cos the subject is funny but I was imagining the t w a t who did it coming on and saying 'ok hands up its a fair cop it was me' btw, I'm not involved in ANY of this shite yet someone keeps mentioning my name hence I'm on the abuse list this week - public enemy number 1 me! makes me grateful I was wise enough to not tick the accept email option when I set up. As you know if you don't allow email you cannot send them.
I also think racism is disgusting and sending racist emails is low low low.
YA need to clean this place up, its getting dirty.
I know I haven't helped by feeding the trolls today but I'd had enough and its made me feel loads better and I was only being ironic and I have made loads of people smile - including myself!

Goodness knows who sent this email, there are so many to choose from!
Don't let it get to you and, whatever you do, don't answer emails like this. It's best to save them for future evidence!
Some time ago I had two nasty emails and I promptly deleted them. I rather regret that now and wish I had saved them.
I know it seems incredible at the moment but there are probably more decent people on this site than not but the problem is that the trolls etc are more vociferous.

I got one just like what you are describing. I have no clue who it is or anything, but it kinda got me scared. And I wasnt even being racist or anything. I replied back and said that if they contacted me again that I would get the police involved and I was serious. I think that there are some people with too much time on their hands. I dont know what eles to tell you but I wish you good luck. I would contact yahoo or forward your emails to them if you happen to get any more. (i only got the one.)

And by getting so obviously upset over an Email you are accomplishing what the sender hoped for...you are playing right into this person's hands...and possibly falsely accusing an innocent person along the way.
You would do well to remember...sticks and stones...etc.

Hi Nimrod, Like you I haven't been here very long and what I have seen I don't like much. Answers was recommended by a friend but it just seems to be one almighty cat fight. I think it could be anyone and I'm not sure I want to stay.

Kinda difficult to make any sense of this since your Q&A's are restricted -- which prevents anyone from reading the post you mentioned. So you're basically ranting about nothing and slandering someone else for no discernible reason. Open up or get over it.
