Not anymore! I was at a place for over 16 1/2 years and stayed because of the money. I put up with discrimination, harassment, you name it, and they never DID anything about it. They had me by the wallet. I HATED going there! Finally I realized that my state of mind and being was worth more than the high money I was making and quit. I'm at a job I LOVE now, as well as the people here are great!

The paycheck, and the benefits. As soon as I find a paycheck / benefits to replace it, I'm gone.
Actually, I love what I do. I even respect and admire the people I work with and my users. I despise my manager, and the managers above her. What a group of low-life weasels.

I figure if my husband can work as hard as he does at a job he doesn't necessarily love, then I can make the sacrifice and do the same.
