OH QUIT MOANING i'm sick of all this whinging. The temps have averaged 20 degrees which is NOT cold. Ys we've had some rain but most days hae been pleasant and we've had a few 27+ degree days to shut all you whingers up! How anyone can enjoy temperatures of 30 degress + is beyond me, sweating all day, horrible hot and smelly tubes and trains, no air con in most places, and not being able to sleep at night because its too humid. No give me a summer like the one we've just had any day.....

Tell me about it, summer is not here, since we are just not coming out of a La Nina year, this has happened before. and most likely will happen again, In case you're interest La Nina is a widespread cooling of the surface waters of the eastern tropical Pacific Ocean, the opposite of El Nino. The influences of La Nina and El Nino on trade winds form extremes of the atmospheric trade wind fluctuations termed the Southern Oscillation.

sorry, you'll ahve to be more clear. to miss something or to have lost it you have to have had it in the first place. seeing as we have never had summer we can't rightfully ask what happened to it

Golbal warming is screwing upo ocean currents, so some places are actually cooling down.
