I'm surprised that someone still doesn't know the answer to this question YES, you can. The sperm can travel and they are "wired" to travel. Penetration is NOT necessary. If you don't want to become pregnant, use one of the many methods of birth control. Keep in mind that the only form of birth control that's 100% safe is not having sex. No company claims its birth control product is completely safe and this is proven to be true every day.

it's not very common, but it can happen.
sperm can still survive for up to 3 days after ejaculation. therefore it wouldn't be advisable to sit on say a toilet seat or chair that someone jerked off on.
don't walk around naked anywhere that it's even remotely possible (in public toilets - use only when you absolutely have no other choice and take extreme care)
