I think so because they all seem to have the same deal with the sponsers that means they have to show their advert every 15 minutes, it'soo annoying you end up watching the kids channel!

Programmes are made at specific lenghts & schedulers place the slot at a realistic time, eg all channels start a programme on the hour they wont start a programme at 7mins past the hour.
But if u have sky + , just rewind the other channels & watch during the breaks

It seems that way, but I think it's about timing. They probably have about the same length of segments during a show, and same length of ad time, and lots of times they break around the same time.

of course it is, they want to ensure that their ads are seen (and heard) by as many people as possible.Oh is that you going to make a cup of tea during the ads? Lets turn the volume waaay up so you can still hear us in the kitchen.

no they dont but the reason they clash is because all programs are made in the same segment lengths pprox 20 mins for UK PROGRAMS AND APPROX 15 MINS FOR USA
