i have had a bloated stomoch feeling for about a year now, ive tried lots of remedies for it both natural and from the doctor but non. i also get frequent pains in my back around my kidneys and often have what feels like period pain.
it has been suggested that i may have IBS although this have never been explored, i go between being bloated and contipated and having diorreha but stay bloated throughout.
a while ago i was told to go to hospital because of passing blood vomiting and having abdominal pains, i was informed that it may have been a bowel infection but yet again it was not followed up.
i find it hard to lose weight, although i have started doing regular exorcise to try and ease the bloating and speed up my metabolism, as well as changing my diet but this has not helped.
Im worried that it could be something more serious then ibs like a gynacological problem or something does anyone have any suggestions?

It is very possible that it is IBS but the only way to find out is to see a gastroenterologist (doctor that treats and diagnoses diseases and disorders of the digestive tract) to rule out more serious conditions like Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis.

Based on your symptoms yes it is also possible that it could be a gynecologic problem like endometriosis.

I would recommend getting some other opinions and preferably from doctors that do not share the same office of the doctor you currently see.

If it used to be my puppy, I might a minimum of name the Emergency Vet and inform them what you instructed us and they'll inform you if it will wait till morning or if it is severe ample to take your dog in now. I might no longer take any possibilities. Puppies while unwell can cross downhill very quick, so I might instead be at the secure part. I desire your little man is okay!

I don't think it is a gynecological problem because you are vomiting blood. This sounds very serious. If your MD isn't following up on your very legitimate concerns you should seek another opinion.

I would see a gynecologist. You may have something going on with your ovaries. Find info about ovarian cysts or other ovarian problems and you will see that your symptoms correlate.
