What's a good way to cure cramps around the time of your period??

One way to ease cramps is by increasing the level of iron at that time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).

For over the counter medications there's Midol as one example.

A heating pad can also help with cramping.

If the cramping is so severe that you can't function this needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

cramps occur due to the lack of iron in your blood. a good and natural source of iron would be dates. also, you should eat properly. I mean not only when you have your period but throughout the month.

eat a banana in the morning. then if u get a cramp eat another one. it works ive used it for 2 years..... better than pills!
