guys:what do you think of women who are physically ok but are still considering plastic surgery?

It depends on WHY they are getting the surgery.

For implants, its usually about self esteem and how proportional you are and I don't think it should be covered by insurance at all (I hear the NHS sometimes covers it). If it happens to be because they were in a horrific accident, then I would not mind if they were covered by insurance.

For reductions, this is a HEALTH issue, especially with the back.

A tummy tuck, nose job, butt lift, etc, those are strictly cosmetic. If it makes them feel better, so be it.

I'm not a guy, but I'll give you my opinion anyways.

plastic surgery should be a decision you take because you want to do something for yourself, not because someone told you something or whatever.

I always had really small boobs, it wasn't a big problem for me because i didn't feel any complex about it. my thinking was always that the guy I'm with should like me the way i am. Fortunately i always got the good guys, or they just didn't say anything about it.

nevertheless, I always secretly wanted to be able to get a sexy shirt and be able to show it off with a nice cleavage.

Anyways, i was in good shape and opportunity presented itself (i got some unexpected cash) so i went and got me some boobs.
i was so happy the first time i went into a lingerie shop after wards and just every piece i tried on looked great.
with small boobs you always have to make miracles happen.

My point is, if you are doing it for yourself, go for it!
but if you are doing it because some a**hole told you something mean, forget it. It won't make you any happier.

From conversations with male friends i can tell you, they don't mind plastic surgery for the right reasons. just don't try to hide it if someone asks you, honesty goes a long way and you will not make the impression of being someone superficial at all.

The key is to get plastic surgery to enhance some qualitiy you already have, not to change who you are.
