What are the consequences of someone that commits Cyber-terrorism?

Many countrys have serious jail time for such acts, including the U.S.. Not only that but such people can be banned from having any kind of internet access whatsoever and most web sites will ban them from EVER having acces to their web pages.

This happened recently and an Asian was jailed for
quite a few years in England.
UK guy.Think it was 7yrs.
