How can I loose weight, I'm not joking here , so pls dear friends help me,

I tried a lot of things, what really works good was not eating at all for one month (just eating 2 fruits per day) and I loose 10 kilos , the next month of this stupid diet :D , I gain 13 kilos :D

I went to the club many times , but I'm little bit lazy .

Please i want ur advice :)

1. you should follow a nutritional diet (food pyramid)
2. you should exercice 3 times a week
3. drink 6-8cups of water
4. avoid sweets and fast food

you should never never starve yourself anytime you do that you will just gain all the weight back once you start eating again.. I would stay away from all these fad diets.. the best thing to do is start off slow so you dont trip you know like if you drink cokes then try to stop drinking them if you eat alot of sweets well then try to slow down on that also if you eat fried food try to eat grilled instead trust me the little things will really help.. what i do is only drink water no coke no juice nothing only water you will save alot of calories this way... and if your lazy as you say :) then try to start small by taking a short walk each day this will help so so much even with your stress levels also :) Ok hope i could help some.

You have to educate yourself about nutrition. Not eating fat is wrong, you need the unsaturated fats to digest protein. Stay away from saturated fats and never transfat.
Don't eat at least 4 hours before going to sleep.
Burn more calories than you consume, This is hard to do it requires working out a lot.
don't eat simple carbs (any refined grains are bad)
These are just a few key things.
Studies show eating a good breakfast actually helps raise your metabolism and hence burn more fat. But read up on it. Also don't think the BMI is right because it's a load of hooey.

first you have to know that being fat is not a problem :)
try not doing a fad diet ,i know this really good diet that you can loose 8 kilos in 2 weeks if you eat exactly what they say ,i will email you the diet when i get it from a friend , try walking morning and noon it really ,it want be a torture thing to do

ok what happened to you is called yoyo diet
which means that you decreased the amount of food you're eating to only 2 fruits per day ....now you body drops the level of metabolism and you start burning calories less
(metabolism helps you burn calories and loose weight)
so after the 10 kg that you lost ...you stopped losing weight cause you're not gaining energy from food...so you gained the weight again cause now your body metabolism is slow.

i'd say for you to loose weight, have a light breakfast (in a very little amount) and only healthy things ...no pancakes no sweets no nothing of that...
have a moderate lunch with no fright foof,oils,or fats
no pizza or pasta....try to have salads and soup...
and again no sweets ..have fruits instead

as for drinks ...no sodas just juices and water

You can eat breakfast,lunch and dinner normal but just eat less what u eat now,if u wanna lose weight quickly than stop eating at 7 o'clock pm,ofcourse no sugar is allowed,if u want to eat sweets, eat abit in once a month or once in 3 weeks,it really works,i tried it!

Well Reiko , I have been working on it for most of this year...

At the beginning of the year I was 86.5 kgs ....not hugely overweight but I felt uncomfortable.All I have been doing is eating less & exercising daily on the treadmill....2k's in 16 mins.

So far I have lost 6.5kg's & will just keep going until either my pants won't stay up or I stabilise .lol

What can I say???
Almost all our friends have told you the correct. They know what they are talking about.
I needed to diet some time ago.and probably have to do it again soon.....but I do it with a nutricionist.
I walked everydays 4 kms....and shall start it again next month when weather be less cold..

Dont eat fat nore sugar
eat 4 times a day
Go to the gym

reiko , 2 years ago I was 99 kg [ wow ] now I'm 75
the secret is commitment to a healthy life style [ I never stopped eating chocolate lol ]
