The power to dissemble just by thinking it.
Ex: Take apart guns before someone has a chance to shoot it. Take apart a human heart before they have a chance to use their super power on you. Take apart virus's that may infect and kill you.
Technology would be useless against you.
Any living thing would be useless against you as well.
The only thing that could stop you is old age, or maybe something nature related like an earth quake. You could take apart a volcano by thinking about collapsing it from the inside, until it smolders out.
You could also take apart ATMs or your own car to collect insurance and money. :P

to move objects with my mind
any number of them,
any weight,
any distance,
and any material in which I chose.
(oh and at a pretty descent momentum too, depending on the weight)
that way I could: fly, shield myself, create projectiles, move people from a distance, barracade them, not have to go to the grocery store to buy my food, and raise general havoc very easily.
oh, and maybe the power to not be so long winded
