I tried clicking on a question but they said, "You can't view this question at this time"
I tried another time but still can't view it.
I can view others, though, but not by that particular asker (not going to reveal his name)

Looks as if the general consensus is that "he" blocked you. Well if he doesn't want you to see his page, then maybe he's not worth bothering with.... ya know?
And if "he" can receive email, you can get through if you're being blocked; so if ya really wanna know, email "him".
