I recieve a message from these # 09268098019 on august 11 that i won 450,000 from their electronic raffle draw during their foundation anniversary. The one who claimed to be Atty. Bobby Lopez said that the raffle was sponsored by vice president Noli De Castro. pls help me with regard to this matter. thank you...
