You could technically still be a virgin if your hymen is intact. However, intercourse happens when any portion of the man's penis is inserted into the vagina.

And YES you can get pregnant from simple contact of the tip of the penis with the vagina. The semen that comes out during ejaculation is not the only time sperm are present, there is something called pre-ejaculation which contains sperm. While not as high a sperm count as the actual ejaculation contains, there is still a possiblity of becoming pregnant or contracting an STD. Such as Herpes, genital warts, gonnarhea, chlamydia, or HIV.

it all depends on weather or not the hymen broke because sometimes guys can play with ur vagina with their penis and even put it in a little (the head i mean) and u can still be a virgin because he did not brake ur hymen. u wont get pregnant

how do u know that he did brake ur hymen?? well first u will get that burning sensation, discomfort, some gets pain then...all of a sudden it subsides and he can move all the way. even if he brakes ur hymen a little and he comes inside u, u can get pregnant (especially if he wasn't wearing a condom)

say for instance this girl does horse riding and so forth and her hymen already broke, she will still feel the discomfort of a man going all the way breaking the hymen completly

The chances of you getting pregnant are very slim, unless he ejaculated into your vagina, or pre-sperm got into your vagina.

If there was only partial insertion, there is little if any chance you will become pregnant.

I'd say no. I looked up the definition of virgin and found that it depends on the dictionary and/or the definition you chose to use. I always thought I was a virgin til I looked up the meaning myself. And yes, you can become pregnant.
